Entryway

Entryways are the first impression of the home. It is where we get to set the tone for what the experience in the rest of the house will be like.

We placed our client’s piano in the entrance instead of a regular console table as the space was wide enough for the active & passive areas needed for this piece and it is directly opened to the living area. Two glass pots were added on top for keys & cash.

The electric boxes on the entrance’s main wall were totally concealed by (a budget friendly solution)  this beautiful artwork.

We changed the floors from cold gray tiles to wood flooring to give the space this warm feel & timeless look.

The wooden posts helped a lot in semi concealing the kitchen door that opened directly to the reception area.

Brining in touches of blue in the floor pot, candles and the artwork made  the entryway well connected to the rest of the reception area

The result is this elegant personalized entryway ready for some joyful music play.

Living

The statement blue velvet sofa was the starting piece of the whole setting then followed by the greige sofa & the 2 chairs. Mixing and matching the furniture pieces added character & interest to the  space. Choosing different furniture pieces that have almost the same seat & depth & height created visual balance while The repetition of the velvet material throughout the space unified the look & generated harmony.

Echoing the gold accent color around the space whether in the dining or the living areas unified the general appearance of the reception.

Since this house is rented, Our client wanted to invest the budget in portable furniture that can be moved easily to any other place. This is how we created our focal wall without any custom made or built-in units ; a dark brown fluted wall cladding on the right balanced by an airy  shelving unit on the left with a simple tv table resting in between.

Playing with different materials wood, marble, metal & glass made the space look more fun & attractive.

Dining room

We chose this trendy fluted sideboard with raised legs to maximize the tight space & give it an airy look & The beautiful artwork provided the space with depth and richness & made it feel more personal.

Adding touches of blue ( vase, artwork & cushions) helped in tying the rest of the space with the grand blue sofa. We're all about making the home as cohesive as possible to create an overall vibe and story.

Choosing a rug with the same color palette & style used in the living area created such an awesome visual harmony between the 2 sections.

Gold accent color placed in the right amounts to connect the dining with the living area in the simplest way.

This awesome dynamic chandelier added a bold touch  and a whimsical flavor that made the space both unique and enchanting.

Mixing up curved and angular shapes is one of the key factors that helped in creating this well balanced elegant space and Combining  heavy weighted pieces (sofas) with light weighted ones ( accent chair )  made the space visually attractive.
